Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am.
Smoking is not allowed.
Pets are allowed for £20 per stay, maximum 2. Please clean up after them.
Electric car charging is not currently accommodated.
No electric fan heaters allowed.
Quiet time from 10pm.
Please dispose of all rubbish in the provided bins.

This is the countryside and you're surrounded by fields, woodlands and open water (streams, pools etc). There is a very high chance there will be insects of all sorts, mammals (foxes, badgers) of all sorts, strange noises at night for example owls or deer.
